This archive contains Firefox in all languages it provides, just download the zip file for your preferred language.

Hm, now I can't reproduce it... I'll post in the forums if I encounter it again. I already did so for Thunderbird Portable.

64 bit system: save 181 MB by deleting firefox folder, and renaming firefox64 to firefox. Beta, standard, and ESR work fine.
